Congratulations to My Life Skills Class

Students from my class won the LUSD Film Festival. This year we did a distance education project where my 9th grade students tutored 5th grade students via Facetime. The whole thing was edited by our talented student video editor. A total of 11 different students took part in the tutoring with the sessions taking place between October of 2014 and March of 2015. My students also got to present at 3 different events this year on using 3D models for math, history, and created presentations and animations for core classes. Special thanks to our partner teacher Mr. Evans, one of the best teachers I have worked with! I think I learned as much out of this experience as my students.
